Before entering real estate, he successfully built a powder coating business from the ground up into a company generating approximately three-quarters of a million dollars in annual revenue, and later became a partner in an automotive dealership where he managed sales, marketing, financing, negotiations, and daily operations. These experiences helped shape his strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, and commitment to delivering exceptional service with professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail.
