LaTisha Webster is a Bay Area native—born in San Francisco and raised in Fremont—who brings a thoughtful, client-first approach to real estate. After earning her B.A. in Political Science from UCLA and a Master’s in Public Relations from Cal State East Bay, LaTisha built a successful career as a Director at Stanford Children’s Hospital before pivoting into real estate in 2018 to spend more time with her children. Since then, she’s helped families across Northern California find their homes with professionalism, care, and heart.

With seven years of experience, LaTisha specializes in residential sales on both the buying and selling sides. She is a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) and known for her calm expertise, deep respect for her clients, and personalized attention—limiting her active clients to ensure every person she works with receives her full focus. Her approach combines market knowledge with empathy, understanding that buying or selling a home is as emotional as it is financial.

LaTisha has built her business almost entirely through repeat clients and referrals—a testament to the relationships she cultivates and the trust she earns. Beyond real estate, she serves her community as an 8th Grade ELA teacher at Delta Vista Middle School in Oakley and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family—Donn, Justin, Layla, LaBella, and her beloved chihuahua, Luggsey.
